Welcome to St John's Ben Rhydding

  • St John's is an Anglican Church part of the Diocese of Leeds. It is located in Ben Rhydding at the foot of the beautiful Ilkley Moor.We are a family friendly church centred in our local community. At the annual meeting in April 2017 we had 148 adults on the electoral roll with  a good number of children. We offer everyone a  very warm welcome to our services.

We have a very well used Church Hall which hosts a wide range of events for our community including dance, music, arts, childrens groups and U3A events. We also run Messy Church on a regular basis and the next event  will be a Messy Church on Saturday tbc from 3.15pm followed by a free pasta meal.

Our harvest supper in support of the Malawi Rice Challenge is on Saturday 7th October crom 6pm. All welcome but please sign up in advance at the back of Church to assist catering.

Our Autumn Nearly New Children's Clothing Sale is on Saturday 14th October from 10am to 12pm. Click SALE for more details.

We have now completed the phased renewal of our Church Roof. Praise the LORD. Thanks to everyone who helped us in this major venture. If you would like to contribute to the ongoing work of St John's in our local community please click here My Donate.
